乳糜胸是食管贲门癌术后严重并发症之一,发生率较低,国内报道为0.4%~2.6%[1]。乳糜胸患者若处理不及时或处理方法不当可产生严重后果,甚至危及生命。造成乳糜胸的原因主要是手术者对胸导管临床解剖认识不足,应引起重视[2]。我科2000年1月—2010年6月收治22例食管贲门癌
