用J·Doml等的“幼苗早期耐寒鉴定法”对汕优2号等6个杂交水稻(以广二矮104和黑选5号2个常规稻为对照)的幼苗(芽、苗)期的耐寒力进行了鉴定。结果是杂稻组合“军协A×黔恢36”的耐寒力最强(2级)。并探讨了杂稻苗期耐寒力强弱的原因,初步认为杂稻耐寒力的强弱,在目前国内所有的主要不育系配组下主要取决于恢复系的遗传型。进而认为“同恢渗粳”是选育和选配芽苗期强耐寒杂稻组合的有效途径。
The seedlings (buds, seedlings) of six hybrid rice varieties (Shanyou 2), such as Shanyou 2 and two conventional rice varieties, Hardiness was identified. The result was that hybrid rice combination “A × Qian Hui 36” had the strongest cold resistance (Grade 2). And discussed the reasons for the cold hardiness at the seedling stage. It is preliminarily thought that the cold tolerance of hybrid rice depends on the inheritance of the restorer lines in all the main CMS lines. Furthermore, it is considered that “Same Restoration Japonica” is an effective way to breed and match the strong cold-resistant hybrid rice at the bud seedling stage.
