应用放射免疫测定法测定42例急慢性白血病和17例正常人的外周血白细胞的铜蓝蛋白(CP)含量,正常人的单个核细胞,(MNC:淋巴细胞与单核细胞)和成熟多形核细胞(PMNC)都含有CP。急慢性白血病患者的原幼细胞、MNC和PMNC也都含有CP。未缓解的急性白血病的PMNC的CP含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。本文对白血病和正常人外周血白细胞的CP来源及白血病血清CP增高的原因作了讨论。
The levels of ceruloplasmin (CP), peripheral blood mononuclear cells (MNC: lymphocytes and mononuclear cells) and mature polymorphonuclear leukocytes in 42 cases of acute and chronic leukemia and 17 cases of normal persons were determined by radioimmunoassay. Nuclear cells (PMNC) contain CP. The naive cells of patients with acute and chronic leukemia, MNC and PMNC also contain CP. The CP content of PMNC in untreated acute leukemia was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.05). This article discusses the sources of leukemic and normal peripheral blood leukocytes CP and the reasons for elevated serum levels of leukemia CP were discussed.
