患儿楊志偉,男性,25天,湖南人,1962年12月3日下午入院。患儿自出生后每次吃奶后数分钟就嘔吐,非噴射型。生后第12天全身发黄,大便正常黄色。足月順产,人工喂养,臍四天后脱落,有少許血性渗出物,經涂药后很快癒合。母亲产前及产后均健好,共怀七胎,活存三胎,其中一胎系三个月流产,其他均系带到数岁病死,无类似黄染病。体格檢查:发育中等,消瘦,体重3.5Kg,急性重病容,入院时体溫37.5℃。全身皮肤发黄,巩膜黃染,口腔有鵝口疮。肺部(一),心律快,心尖聞及收縮期杂音。腹部膨隆,无肿块,无移动性浊音,腸鳴音存在,臍疝小桂园大,肝大二指半,頸軟,病理性反射(一)。
