近年来,随着海峡两岸关系形势的发展变化,两岸旅游交流呈现加快发展的势头。但海峡两岸旅游交流处于极不平衡的状态。台湾观光业过强的政治功能是两岸旅游业交流的瓶颈。但两岸旅游业有很大的互补性,台湾是游客产出地,而大陆目前也是重要的游客输出地,开放大陆居民赴台旅游,不仅为台湾带来无限商机,而且有利于加强两岸的经济融合和文化交流。
