本文通过理论分析与实验验证,阐述了在电涡流传感器的工程设计和应用中,被测体的物理参数、几何尺寸及线圈参数等因素对传感器特性的影响,并对传感器特性进行了计算机辅助分析,同时,论证了电涡流传感器的设计,需根据检测对象的物理参数、几何尺寸和工作形态等若干因素,合理选择传感器的结构参数。对电涡流传感器的工程设计及系列化生产在理论上和实用上具有一定意义。
Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the paper expounds the influence of physical parameters, geometric dimensions and coil parameters of the tested body on the sensor characteristics in the engineering design and application of the eddy current sensor. The characteristics of the sensor are analyzed by computer aided analysis At the same time, it is demonstrated that the design of eddy current sensor needs to select the structural parameters of the sensor reasonably according to several factors such as the physical parameters, geometric dimensions and working morphology of the tested object.
