今年八月,由广西区党委宣传部、广西文联、百色地委宣传部联合主办,广西音乐家协会、广西舞蹈家协会、广西文艺理论家协会等单位承办的“2001年广西民族音乐舞蹈研讨会”在百色召开。会议在深情回顾和高度肯定广西民族音乐舞蹈界近年的可喜成就的同时,严肃、坦诚、尖锐、率真地反思自我,这是广西音乐舞蹈界的第一次理性自觉,难能可贵。我们从中选发了三位专家的发言分别是音协、舞协和理协的代表,其中的批评也许逆耳或许还有些偏颇,然而其自我解剖式的沉痛、落地有声的诤言,不正是一腔对广西音乐舞蹈事业的赤诚吗这是批评的本义。我们以为再尖锐的问题都可以提出来,当然它的讨论和结果必须是建设性的。反思与建设是广西音乐舞蹈事业新世纪的希望所在。
In August this year, Guangxi Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, Guangxi Wenlian, Bose Committee Propaganda Department co-sponsored by the Guangxi Musicians Association, Guangxi Dancer Association, Guangxi Literary Theorists Association and other units of the “2001 Guangxi National Music and Dance Symposium ”Held in Baise. The symposium solemnly reviewed and highly affirmed the gratifying achievements of Guangxi’s national music and dance industry in recent years, and solemnly, candidly, sharply and frankly self-reflection. This is the first rational conscious of Guangxi’s music and dance industry and commendable. The three experts we have chosen to give speeches are representatives from the Society for the Piano, Dance and the Association. The criticisms may be counterproductive or biased. However, their self-anatomical grief and the silent rhetoric are not exactly one cavity Guangxi music and dance sincere? This is the original meaning of criticism. We think the more sharp questions can be put forward, of course, its discussions and the results must be constructive. Reflection and construction are the hope of the new century in Guangxi’s music and dance industry.
