回顾“十二五”期间我国经济发展状态,经济结构不够合理,经济发展方式相对粗放,不但是经济发展长期存在的一个难题,更是经济发展过程中诸多矛盾和问题的主要症结。党中央、国务院高度重视转方式、调结构。党的十八大报告就明确指出,以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,是关系我国发展全局的战略抉择。要求把推进经济结构战略性调整,作为加快转变经济发展方式的主攻方向。
Reviewing the state of economic development, the unreasonable economic structure and the relatively extensive economic development pattern during the 12th Five-Year Plan period are not only a longstanding problem in economic development, but also the major crux of many contradictions and problems in the process of economic development. The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the transfer of methods and structure. The 18th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the theme of accelerating the transformation of economic development with the theme of scientific development is the strategic choice concerning the overall development of our country. He urged that the strategic adjustment of economic structure should be promoted as the main direction of accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode.
