介绍了一种铸造型芯用烘干硬化水溶性树脂砂和影响其强度性能的因素．生产应用结果表明：该树脂砂可取代油砂、合脂砂用来制造复杂砂芯，并具有烘烤温度低、烘烤时间短、发气量小、成本低，投资小等特点．
A dry-hardening water-soluble resin sand for foundry cores and the factors affecting its strength properties are introduced. The results of production application show that the resin sand can replace the oil sand and the synthetic sand can be used to manufacture the complex sand core. The resin sand has the characteristics of low baking temperature, short baking time, small gas evolution, low cost and small investment.
