Shaanxi Province Entrepreneurs Association took the theme of reform and detached state-owned enterprises from the goal of rapid and healthy economic development as the theme. Focusing on “three reforms and one strengthening”, emancipating the mind, changing concepts and expanding service areas achieved some success in the past year. I.
