用SMI体视显微镜和片切测量法测定了GI-I型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠粘固前的边缘浮出量、粘固后的粘固剂厚度以及代型隙料的厚度.结果表明:粘固前的边缘浮出量为20.38μm;粘固后的核冠整体的粘固剂厚度为39.66μm;采用代型隙料技术,涂刷两层隙料(Vita-Pt interspace vanish,厚度47.33μm),可获得良好的边缘适合性.
The amount of edge floating before cementing, the thickness of cement after cementing, and the thickness of the surrogate gap were measured by using SMI stereo microscope and slice cut method. The results show that: the amount of edge floating before bonding is 20.38μm; the thickness of the cement after the bonding is 39.66μm; the two-layer gap material (Vita-Pt interspace vanish, Thickness of 47.33 μm), good edge fit was obtained.
