重度妊高征的处理及分娩方式的选择(附49例临床分析)

本文报道用硫酸镁、安定等综合治疗49例重度妊高征患者,结果得出大部分孕妇的妊高征的先兆子痫好转或症状控制后行剖宫产术疗效满意。

This article reports the use of magnesium sulfate, stability and other comprehensive treatment of 49 cases of patients with severe PIH, the results showed that most pregnant women with PIH improvement of preeclampsia or symptom control after cesarean delivery was satisfactory.
