简要介绍了某铝合金型材生产厂家的主要生产工艺。针对铝合金型材生产废水的特点,采用酸碱中和沉淀为主的工艺处理水洗废水,采用投加还原剂、酸碱+活性炭吸附为主的工艺处理含铬废水,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978‐1996)要求。工艺成熟,工程运行稳定,抗负荷冲击能力强,占地面积小。
A brief introduction to a aluminum profile manufacturer’s main production process. According to the characteristics of waste water produced by aluminum alloy profiles, the waste water was treated by acid-alkali neutralization and precipitation-based process, and the wastewater containing chromium was treated by adding reductant, acid-base and activated carbon adsorption to achieve the “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard” (GB8978-1996) requirements. Mature technology, stable operation of the project, anti-load impact ability, small footprint.
