高校和教师群体具有不同的利益需求,两者的利益既可能发生冲突,也可能实现合作,目前急需解决的,就是制定出一种合理的薪酬激励制度,全面保障两者的利益。基于人力资本的角度,阐述相关理论,探讨高校和教师薪酬的决策程序,同时结合高职院校的具体情况,提出切实可行的薪酬激励制度。
Universities and teachers groups have different needs for interests. The interests of both may not only conflict, but also realize cooperation. What is urgently needed to be solved at present is to formulate a reasonable salary incentive system to fully protect the interests of both. Based on the perspective of human capital, this paper elaborates the relevant theories and discusses the decision-making procedures for the remuneration of higher education institutions and teachers. At the same time, it puts forward feasible remuneration incentive system according to the specific conditions of higher vocational colleges.
