The transfer matrix of the disc with liquid action is given. Then the critical speed of the three-disc double-bearing coaxial turbo pump rotor is calculated, and the frequency spectrum and the critical speed of the turbo pump with and without liquid are compared. The results Show that there is qualitative difference in the frequency spectrum, the effect of liquid on the pump wheel significantly affects the critical speed of the rotor
