根据党中央、省委关于改革和整党的指示精神,以及全国、全省档案工作会议提出的近三年的任务,结合我省目前的实际情况,一九八四年全省档案工作的任务是:巩固已有成果,加强业务建设,培训专业干部,提高服务水平,加快发展步伐,进一步开创档案工作的新局面,更好地为我省社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设服务。一、进一步完善档案工作管理制度根据省府关于清理法规的要求,在今年内完成对我省制定的原有档案工作管理制度的清理工作,并拟定《机关档案工作条例实施办法》(草案)、《档案馆工作通则实施办法》
