焊接是制造业不可或缺的重要作业工种之一。焊接专业实训教学是培养焊接人才的重要环节,其教学效果直接影响到其将来能否顺利胜任焊接工作。根据多年对焊接实习的教学实践,从焊接类专业课实行“需求驱动”教学的必要性、建立以“需求驱动”为教学目标的实训课题,“需求驱动”理念的思考等几方面,谈谈实训教学的教学研究。
