本文报告超声诊断的肝门部胆管癌30例，超声显像示，肝内胆管均明显扩张，肝外胆总管不扩张，左右肝管交叉处肿块9例，肝总管肿块20例。误诊1例。并就肝门部梗阻的确定，梗阻病灶的判定以及误诊作一重点分析。
This article reports 30 cases of ultrasound diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, ultrasound imaging showed that the intrahepatic bile ducts were significantly expanded, the extrahepatic bile duct does not dilate, left and right hepatic duct masses in 9 cases, liver masses in 20 cases.
