通过盆栽实验研究了重金属铅(Pb)胁迫对1年生刺槐、紫穗槐叶片抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:刺槐和紫穗槐叶片SOD活性随铅胁迫的增加呈先上升后下降趋势;当铅浓度大于2.5g/kg时,紫穗槐叶片SOD活性显著高于刺槐叶片;紫穗槐POD活性在铅浓度为3.5mg/kg时达到最高,之后下降,紫穗槐叶片POD活性明显高于刺槐叶片。紫穗槐和刺槐叶片MDA含量变化趋势相同,刺槐叶片MDA含量均高于紫穗槐叶片。综合分析,紫穗槐的抗性优于刺槐。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of heavy metal lead (Pb) stress on antioxidative enzyme activities (SOD, POD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in 1-year-old Robinia pseudoacacia and Amorpha fruticosa leaves. The results showed that the SOD activities of Robinia pseudoacacia and Amorpha fruticosa increased first and then decreased with the increase of lead stress.
