目的:观察香砂六君子汤治疗化疗后消化道反应的疗效。方法:26例恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间出现不同程度的消化道反应,给予口服香砂六君子汤,观察其消化道反应的缓解情况。结果:香砂六君子汤可以明显改善化疗后的消化道不适症状。结论:香砂六君子汤可以改善化疗后消化道反应,从而提高患者对化疗的耐受性。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy. Methods: Twenty-six patients with malignant tumor underwent different degrees of digestive reaction during chemotherapy. Oral Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction was administered orally to observe the relief of digestive tract reaction. Results: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of digestive tract after chemotherapy. Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can improve the post-chemotherapy gastrointestinal response, thereby enhancing the patient’s tolerance to chemotherapy.
