新疆石河子花园乳业有限公司(以下简称“花园乳业”)是一家有着30多年历史的乳制品加工企业,是“自治区农业产业化重点龙头企业”。2014年,受进口奶粉价格下降的影响,国内生鲜乳价格持续下跌,部分省区发生企业少收、拒收生奶,奶农倒奶、杀牛事件。新疆奶业也深受其害,特别是奶粉生产企业,由于产品多为大包装的工业奶粉,不仅价位低,而且有价无市,造成大量产品积压和资金沉积,奶业再一次面临“危机”和“严冬”的考验。
Xinjiang Shihezi Garden Dairy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Garden Dairy”) is a dairy processing enterprise with a history of more than 30 years and is the “Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization in Autonomous Region”. In 2014, the price of domestic raw milk continued to fall due to the drop in the price of imported milk powder. Some enterprises in some provinces and regions canceled crops and refuse raw milk, milk farmers pour milk and kill cattle. Xinjiang dairy industry has also suffered greatly, especially milk powder manufacturers, as the product is mostly large packaging of industrial milk powder, not only the price is low, and the price without the market, resulting in a large number of product backlog and capital deposition, the dairy industry once again facing “ Crisis ”and“ winter ”test.
