20 0 0年 10月起 ,中国证券市场经受了有史以来最大的冲击和考验 ,围绕中国证券市场的种种理论观点针锋相对 ,其中的核心问题是中国证券市场的泡沫问题。本文从讨论中国证券市场是否存在泡沫谈起 ,围绕泡沫的成因 ,泡沫的适度性 ,泡沫的理性抑制展开讨论 ,最后得出结论 :中国证券市场存在泡沫 ,引发原因多种多样 ,中国证券市场存在适度泡沫空间 ,应该尽量采用市场化方法抑制泡沫。
Since October 2010, China’s stock market has withstood the biggest impact and test in history. It is diametrically opposed to the various theoretical perspectives in China’s securities market. The core issue is the bubble in China’s securities market. This article discusses the existence of bubbles in China’s securities market, discusses the causes of the bubbles, the adequacy of the bubbles and the rational inhibition of the bubbles. Finally, it concludes that there is a bubble in China’s securities market, which causes many reasons, such as the existence of China’s securities market Moderate foam space, we should try to use market-based method to suppress the foam.
