建立了头孢哌酮粉针剂中残留溶媒异丙醇的测定方法。用无水乙醇提取样品，以正丙醇为内标物，用ＧＤＸ－１０２填充柱分离。异丙醇浓度范围在３．１９×１０－４～１．２８×１０－３ｇ／ｍｌ存在较好的线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９８，方法回收率９４．４％。
The determination method of residual solvent isopropanol in cefoperazone powder injection was established. Samples were extracted with absolute ethanol and n-propanol was used as an internal standard and separated on a GDX-102 packed column. The linear range of isopropanol ranged from 3.19 × 10-4 to 1.28 × 10-3g / ml, r = 0.9998. The recovery rate was 94.4%.
