目的:探讨新生儿分娩性脑损伤及围产期窒息所致的蛛网膜下腔出血的CT表现.方法:均采用轴位CT平扫.对16例分娩性脑损伤及围产期窒息的新生儿治疗前后CT表现对照证实为蛛网膜下腔出血的病例作了影像学分析.其中男 10例,女 6例.出生 3h~10天.结果:双侧裂池、小脑幕缘、纵裂池伴双侧脑室后角积血1例;小脑幕缘、直窦、上矢状窦旁积血 5例,其中 3例伴“△”征;纵裂池,双侧裂池、小脑幕缘积2例;小脑幕缘、直窦旁积血1例;纵裂池积血8例.结论:CT诊断新生儿蛛网膜下腔出血具有重要价值.
Objective: To investigate the CT manifestations of childbirth brain injury and perinatal asphyxia caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: Both axial CT scan. 16 cases of childbirth brain injury and perinatal asphyxia newborns before and after treatment of CT performance control confirmed as subarachnoid hemorrhage cases made imaging analysis. Including 10 males and 6 females. Born 3h ~ 10 days. Results: Bilateral fissure pool, cerebellar margin, longitudinal fissure pool with bilateral ventricular hemorrhage in 1 case; cerebellum, straight sinus, superior sagittal sinusoid in 5 cases, of which 3 cases with “△” sign ; Longitudinal fissure pool, bilateral fissure pool, cerebellum margin plot in 2 cases; cerebellum margin, sinusoidal sinus hemorrhage in 1 case; longitudinal fissure pool hemorrhage in 8 cases. Conclusion: CT diagnosis of neonatal subarachnoid hemorrhage has important value.
