通过对不同冶炼工艺、不同氧含量的高碳铬轴承钢材的对比试验,结果表明随着氧含量的降低,钢中氧化物夹杂含量随之降低,疲劳寿命提高。近10年来,大冶钢厂从冶炼方法和冶炼技术着手,通过一系列的试验研究,确立了适合于本厂条件的低真空度或非真空状态下的二次精炼方法,钢中氧含量已由电弧炉大气下熔炼的30ppm降到11ppm,材质的疲劳寿命提高两倍以上。与SKF轴承钢相比,无明显差异,接近ESR钢的水平。
Through the comparison of high carbon chromium bearing steel with different smelting processes and different oxygen contents, the results show that with the decrease of oxygen content, the content of inclusions in steel decreases and the fatigue life increases. In the past 10 years, Daye Steel Works started with the smelting method and smelting technology. Through a series of experimental studies, the secondary refining method under low or non-vacuum conditions suitable for our factory conditions was established. The oxygen content in the steel 30ppm smelted by the electric arc furnace down to 11ppm, the material fatigue life more than doubled. Compared with SKF bearing steel, no significant difference, close to the level of ESR steel.
