在人工肾透析中,输液终了后输液流路仍旧开放,从这里吸入的空气可能进入患者的血管,造成意外事故。采用峰鸣器报警装置,也很难说是安全的。为防止这种危险,设计了置于输液调节装置的导管中,在输液终了时能自动闭锁流路的装置,它能防止空气侵入透析回路。它也可进行一般输液,能大大减轻患者担心空气侵入血管的思想负担。这种装置用玻璃或塑料管制成,最大直径15mm,长度40mm左右,呈倒葫芦形(见图1)。其内部密封一带有空心塑料球(D)的园柱形橡皮塞(E),容量约为3ml。装置的上下端制成细管,上部与滴管的(A)连结。输液时,如附图(1)所示。当装置内盛满滴液(F),橡皮栓(E)在小球(D)的浮力作用下上升到扩大部的上面,滴液体在其间隙中
In artificial kidney dialysis, the infusate flow path remains open at the end of the infusion, and air drawn in from here may enter the patient’s blood vessel, causing an accident. The use of buzzer alarm device, it is hard to say is safe. To prevent this danger, a device placed in the catheter of the infusion set, which automatically locks off the flow path at the end of the infusion, is designed to prevent intrusion of air into the dialysis circuit. It can also be used for general infusion, which can greatly reduce the patient’s worry about the invasion of air into the blood vessels. This device is made of glass or plastic pipe, the maximum diameter of 15mm, length 40mm, was gourd-shaped (see Figure 1). The interior seals a cylindrical rubber stopper (E) with a hollow plastic ball (D) with a capacity of approx. 3 ml. The upper and lower ends of the device are made into thin tubes, and the upper part is connected to (A) the dropper. Infusion, as shown in Figure (1) below.
