卫生工作由各级政府分级管理是我国卫生事业管理体制的一大特点,积极做好领导层开发,争取各级党委、政府的重视和支持,已成为当前搞好卫生工作的重要措施。尤其是在面临卫生工作逐步向区域化模式转变的形势下,做好此项工作尤显重要。但目前领导层开发工作中尚存在一些急待解决的问题和薄弱环节。笔者试就目前领导层开发工作中存在的问题、产生的原因和应采取的对策作
The hierarchical management of health work by all levels of government is a major feature of China’s health management system. Actively doing a good job in leadership development and striving for the attention and support of party committees and governments at all levels has become an important measure for current health work. Especially in the face of a situation in which health work is gradually shifting to a regional model, it is particularly important to do this work well. However, there are still some problems and weak links that need to be solved in the current leadership development work. The author tries to find out the problems existing in the current leadership development work, the reasons for this, and the countermeasures that should be taken.
