临沂联名卡面市山东省临沂市劳动和社会保障局日前与中国农业银行临沂支行联合发行了金穗--社会保障联名(IC)卡。该卡支持金融应用和社保应用,发卡对象为临沂市劳动和社会保障局管理范围内的社会保险参保人员。参保人员门诊就医必须持金穗社保卡到定点医院或药店就医或购药,凡符合医疗保险范围内的药品和诊疗项目,其费用从卡中的医保个人账户扣除;医保范围之外和卡中余额不足的部分由个人现金支付。参保人员住院,须同时持卡和医疗证进行登记,其中医疗保险证在登记后暂时由医院进行保管,结算后退还参保本人。 (赵胜利)
