食品加工机械用润滑剂关系食品安全,关乎人民生命福祉,值得深入研究。美国等西方国家现已制定并实施了针对食品级润滑剂的相对完善的认证监管程序,而我国相关检验监管制度尚存在很多不足,该文总结概述了国外主要发达国家和地区有关食品级润滑剂的认证监管制度和相关标准,以及我国已制定的相关标准和技术规范,并针对生产和使用情况,指出了我国目前检验监管措施中存在的不足,给出了检验监管工作建议,旨在为我国相关监管部门和企业提供参考。
