于素梅劳模创新工作室隶属连云港鹰游纺机有限责任公司,成立于2007年,是以全国纺织工业部劳动模范于素梅领衔,团结带领一批生产技术骨干,充分发挥劳模先进在技术攻关、科技创新和生产活动中的“领头羊”作用,大力开展科技攻关、技术改造、技术协作、技术发明等一系列科技创新活动,为把公司建设成全国最大的纺织整理设备生产基地和全国最大的碳纤维生产基地发挥了积极的作用。工作室21名成员中,有5名省部级劳模、4名市劳模,拥有国家技术专利40多项,2014年荣获“全国工人先锋号”。

Among the 21 members in the studio, there are 5 provincial labor models, 4 city labor models, over 40 national technology patents, and 2014 “National Worker Pioneer”.
