近读陕西《钱币研究》1997年9期上所载朱怀津先生《崇宁元宝折二铁母》一文,也想就此谈一点粗浅的看法。 已故钱币学家丁福保先生《历代古钱图说》云:“崇宁元宝,亦徽宗崇宁年铸。一种形制与小平通宝同;一种大似折二,面文隶书;又有铁钱。按,小平元宝今未见。”这里,丁先生说得很明白:崇宁元宝有小平、折二两种铜钱,小平至今未见。所谓“一种大似折二,面文隶书”者,即指该书96页之1053图。“又有铁钱”等,即指同页之1054图。并未注明1053图的隶书折二铜钱为铁母。显然,这种立说是实事求是而严谨的。对此,我很赞成朱怀津先生的看法:“认真对照两图(即指1053、1054两图)”,“显然不属同一版式”。
