应用两种热处理制度分别获得弯曲晶界和平直晶界,研究两种晶界状态对10Cr-15Co-Ni基变形高温合金蠕变断裂过程的影响,重点探讨弯曲晶界改善合金热强性原因。研究表明,弯曲晶界对裂纹的萌生、长大及扩展,对裂纹的形态及断裂方式,都有显著的影响。弯曲晶界能有力地阻止晶界滑动及推迟裂纹连接,使晶内参与更多的变形,弯晶的主要作用体现在蠕变第三阶段。合金经弯晶处理后蠕变断裂寿命提高26%。
The effects of two grain boundary states on the creep rupture process of 10Cr-15Co-Ni based superalloy were studied by using two heat treatment systems respectively. The reason of improving the hot strength of the alloy by bending grain boundaries was discussed. The results show that the bending grain boundaries can induce the initiation, growth and propagation of cracks, and have a significant effect on the morphology and fracture modes of cracks. Bending the grain boundaries can effectively prevent the grain boundary sliding and postpone the crack connection, the crystal involved in more deformation, the main role of bentonite embodied in the third phase of creep. The creep rupture life of the alloy increased by 26% after the bending treatment.
