本文报告对18例尿道狭窄／闭锁行窥视下尿道内切开术治疗，术后早期行尿道扩张，患者排尿通畅，均未发生严重并发症．该手术操作简单，损伤较小，且疗效满意，可作为治疗尿道狭窄／闭锁的首选方法．并对手术中的有关问题进行探讨．
This article reports 18 cases of urethral stricture / obstructive peevapopectomy underwent urethral catheterization, early postoperative urethral dilatation, patients with voiding, no serious complications. The operation is simple, less damage, and satisfactory results, can be used as the treatment of urethral stricture / block the preferred method. And to discuss the relevant issues in surgery.
