目的掌握鹿城区适龄儿童疫苗接种情况,评估疫苗接种率水平。方法按容量比例概率抽样法(PPS),抽取辖区30个居委会(村)适龄儿童420人开展接种率调查。结果调查适龄儿童420人,建证、建卡率及卡证相符率均为100.0%。“五苗”基础免疫单苗接种率均>90.0%,HepB首针及时接种率为93.3%,“五苗”全程合格接种率89.8%;新增流脑和乙脑疫苗合格接种率分别≥95.0%和>90%;“七苗”全程合格接种率为89.3%。2013年出生儿童共208人,甲肝疫苗合格接种率91.4%。本地户籍儿童的HepB、DTP合格接种率、“五苗”全程合格接种率、MenA第2剂合格接种率与“七苗”全程合格接种率均高于外地户籍儿童。结论鹿城区适龄儿童总体合格接种率水平偏低,需进一步加强对传统“五苗”和新增流脑、乙脑疫苗的接种,加强流动儿童疫苗接种的查漏补种。
Objective To investigate the vaccination of school-age children in Lucheng District and evaluate the vaccination rate. Methods According to the volume proportion probability sampling method (PPS), 420 children of the age group of 30 neighborhood committees (districts) were selected for the vaccination rate survey. Results A total of 420 children of school-age were surveyed. The rate of establishing card, building card and card was 100.0%. “Five seedlings ” basic immunization single seedling vaccination rate were> 90.0%, HepB first needle timely vaccination rate was 93.3%, “five seedlings ” the entire qualified vaccination rate of 89.8%; new meningitis and JE vaccine eligible vaccination Rates were> 95.0% and> 90%, respectively; “Seven seedlings ” the entire eligible vaccination rate was 89.3%. A total of 208 children were born in 2013, with an eligible vaccination rate of 91.4%. Local HepB, DTP qualified vaccination rate, “five seedlings” full eligible vaccination rate, MenA second qualified vaccination rate and “seven seedlings” throughout the eligible vaccination rate were higher than the foreign registered children. Conclusion The overall qualified vaccination rate of eligible children in Lucheng District is low. It is necessary to further strengthen the vaccination against traditional “five seedlings” and new meningitis and JE vaccine, and to enhance the leak detection and replanting of floating children vaccination.
