本文以某型产品吊挂为例,研究加工工艺对其疲劳强度的影响,提出工艺改进措施并得到试验验证。结果表明:吊挂根部应力集中是造成其疲劳强度降低并导致裂纹出现的主要因素。改进工艺后,吊挂根部应力集中程度降低,抗疲劳性能明显改善。
In this paper, a type of product hanging as an example, study the impact of processing technology on its fatigue strength, process improvement measures proposed and tested. The results show that the stress concentration in the hanging root is the main factor that reduces the fatigue strength and causes the cracks. After improving the process, the stress concentration in the hanging root is reduced and the anti-fatigue performance is obviously improved.
