利用Solidworks软件进行三维建模,以ANSYS Workbench有限元分析作为横梁优化分析平台。对龙门铣床横梁进行动静态有限元分析。针对横梁的结构尺寸进行灵敏度分析,针对提高横梁固有频率和降低横梁质量为出发点。最终分析出影响横梁固有频率和质量较大的3个尺寸,以此为基础进行多目标优化。结果表明:优化的结果提高了横梁部件的固有频率,比原基础上提高了1.8%,质量比原来基础上降低了2.3%,实现了横梁多个参数的优化,提高了铣床的加工精度。为龙门铣床横梁优化设计提供了新的方法。
Using Solidworks software for 3D modeling, ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis as a beam optimization analysis platform. Dynamic and Static Finite Element Analysis of Gantry Milling Beam. Sensitivity analysis of the structural dimensions of the beam, starting for improving the natural frequency of the beam and reducing the beam quality. In the end, the three dimensions that affect the natural frequency and the mass of the beam are analyzed and multi-objective optimization is carried out. The results show that the optimization results improve the natural frequency of the beam components, which is 1.8% higher than that of the original one and 2.3% lower than the original one. The optimization of several parameters of the beam is realized and the machining accuracy of the milling machine is improved. For the gantry milling machine beam optimization design provides a new way.
