老百姓有一句常挂在嘴边的话:您是哪个单位的? 从计划经济年代走过来的每一个中国人无不有着深厚的单位情结。单位分房,单位报销医药费,单位开幼儿园办学校,单位为夫妻劝架,单位分秋白菜,单位为每位老去的职工送终……年过花甲的退休人员能与原单位分离么?仅仅1年前,不少人会不假思索地摇头,其中有退休人员.有职能部门的工作者,也有地方政府的官员。有人比喻说,那无异于剪断了婴儿与母体间的脐带!而几十年的“血缘”关系哪里就那么容易了断。
