2014年3月24日,国内首套特大型剖分式直径达10.94m转盘轴承在河南洛阳LYC轴承有限公司下线发往用户。该产品的顺利下线,结束了我国不能加工此类特大型转盘轴承的历史,填补了国内空白。该产品直径10.94m,重达31.95t,内外套由19段长约4.8m至5m不等的弧型钢件组成。为了确保该产品的顺利加工,洛轴研发团队,变不可能为可能,在该产品100多道工序的加工中,结合用户的实际使用和产品超大、剖分的特点,
