开展了钒钛磁铁精矿粒度对烧结性能影响的研究,分析了精矿粒度逐步细化对烧结指标的影响。研究结果表明:随着精矿粒度变细,烧结混合料的制粒性能显著改善,料层透气性提高,垂直烧结速度增加了0.22~1.28 mm/min,但烧结矿的转鼓强度和成品率分别下降0.73%~3.29%和0.27%~1.21%,低温还原粉化性能变差。此次试验探索出了精矿粒度变粗对烧结矿产、质量的不利影响,提出了在目前攀钢烧结原料结构条件下,精矿的粒度应尽量细化,并采取适当提高料层措施,可提高烧结矿产、质量和改善冶金性能。
