在我国经济快速发展的同时,生态环境日益恶劣,社会的进步使人们的环保意识得以提升,但是仍然存在很多破坏环境的现象发生。我国于2014年4月修订并通过了《新环保法》,并明确了环境监测职责的定位,为我国环境的依法管理指明了方向。本文就《新环保法》对环境监测职责的定位进行了研究分析。
Along with the rapid economic development in our country, the ecological environment is worsening day by day. The progress of society has promoted people’s awareness of environmental protection. However, there are still many phenomena that destroy the environment. In April 2014, China revised and passed the “New Environmental Protection Law” and defined the position of environmental monitoring responsibilities, pointing out the direction for the legal management of the environment in our country. This article on the “new Environmental Protection Law” on the environmental monitoring responsibility for the position of research and analysis.
