浙江省民办二级学院的蓬勃发展有效缓解了适龄青年入学的压力,但是二级学院教学质量和学生素质能否达到普通高校的要求受到社会、家长的极大关注。着眼于分析二级学院的辅导员如何对学生进行有效的管理。阐述二级学院学生的特殊性对管理提出的新要求和新理念,重点总结分析若干年来二级学院学生工作的实践探索。
The vigorous development of private secondary schools in Zhejiang Province has effectively alleviated the pressure of school-age youth enrollment, but the quality of secondary schools and the quality of students can meet the requirements of ordinary colleges and universities by the great concern of society and parents. Focus on analyzing how secondary school counselors manage students effectively. The new requirements and new ideas put forward by the specialties of secondary school students are expounded. The practical exploration of student work in secondary schools is summarized and analyzed emphatically.
