高职院校教师专业实践能力不足是制约高职教育教学质量的重要原因之一。提高高职院校教师专业实践能力,要从政府、学校两个方面进一步完善有关法律法规和政策,细化培养、管理、考核等办法;要完善教师专业实践能力培养运行机制,同时加强校内外教师专业实践基地建设,支持教师参加科技项目的研发和社会实践活动;深化校企合作,鼓励教师到企业一线实践锻炼,聘请行业企业人员到学校担任兼职教师。
The shortage of professional practice ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is one of the important reasons that restrict the teaching quality of higher vocational education. To improve the professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, we should further improve the relevant laws and regulations and policies from the aspects of government and schools, and refine measures such as training, management and examination. We should improve teachers’ professional practice ability to train and operate mechanisms, Teacher professional practice base construction, to support teachers to participate in research and development and social practice of science and technology projects; deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, encourage teachers to practice the front-line business, hiring industry and business personnel to school as part-time teacher.
