9月23日,湖北省财政投资评审理论研讨会在孝感召开,来自全省部分市县的财政投资评审机构的主任和评审人员共25人参加了会议。会上,代表们围绕即将出台的《湖北省财政投资评审操作规程》(讨论稿)和《湖北省财政投资评审质量控制暂行办法》(讨论稿),就如何规范财政投资评审行为、规避评审风险、提升评审质量展开了深入的讨论和进一步的修改完善;
September 23, Hubei Province, the financial investment appraisal theory seminar held in Xiaogan, from some cities and counties in the province’s financial investment review agency director and reviewers a total of 25 people attended the meeting. At the meeting, the delegates discussed how to standardize the assessment of financial investment and avoid the risk of assessment based on the forthcoming “Operational Procedures for Review and Appraisal of Hubei Province’s Financial Investment” (Discussion Paper) and the “Interim Measures for Quality Control of Hubei Province’s Investment Review” (Discussion Paper) , To enhance the quality of the review conducted in-depth discussions and further amendments to improve;
