考籍管理工作是整个自学考试工作的一个十分重要的环节,考籍管理办法的改革是深化自学考试改革的一个重要方面。充分了解自学考试的形式、特点和我省十三年来自学考试的发展对自学考式考籍管理工作的要求是改革的必要前提,随着自学考试工作的不断发展,考生报考人数的成倍增加,考籍管理中“卷满为患”的矛盾日益突出以及现代化管理手段的不断加强,对考籍管理问题进行进一步的探索和研究,是非常必要的,也是具有现实意义的。 现行自学考试考籍管理方法的利与弊 我省自学考试从1984年开考至今已经整整十三个年头了。十三年来,考籍管理经历了“由省集中管理档案到地市分散管理”的过程。87年以前,由于自学考试刚起步时间不长,考专业少,考生报考人数少,及格档案少,我省实行的是由省考办直接管理档案。87年以后随着开考专业的不断增加和考生人数的增多,由省统一管理档案已经不适应自学考试的发展需要,省考办及时进行了改进,考籍管理正式由省下放到地市管理。截止目前自学考试考籍管理办法实行的是:应考者取得一门课程的单科合格证书后,市考试部门就为其建立考籍管理档案,凡已建立
