水稻Ⅱ-32A是中籼超高产杂交稻选育的骨干亲本,为使该不育系能在江西双季稻区得到广泛应用,本研究选用Ⅱ-32B的干种子,搭载“实践八号”种子诱变专用卫星进行太空诱变育种。诱变结果表明,SP0代没有变异,SP1代存在广泛的遗传变异,且突异性状表型仍需要3~4代的自交稳定。对变异性状表型稳定的SP4代材料进行回交转育,从BC4代中初步得到了7对在株高、熟期、粒形和品质等与原亲本有变异的苗头育种材料,可用于杂交组合的选育。
In order to make this CMS widely used in double cropping rice in Jiangxi Province, dry seed of Ⅱ-32B was selected in this study and equipped with “Practice No.8 ”Seed mutagenesis satellite for space mutagenesis breeding. Mutagenesis results showed that there was no variation in SP0 generation, there was extensive genetic variation in SP1 generation, and the phenotype of the mutant trait still required 3 to 4 generations of selfing stability. Seven generations of SP4 generation with stable phenotypic variability were backcrossed, and seven pairs of elite breeding materials with variation in plant height, maturity, grain shape and quality of the original parents were obtained from BC4 generation and could be used for hybridization Breeding of combinations.
