随着市场经济的快速发展和资本市场的日趋完善,企业价值评估在经济活动中起着越来越重要的作用。我国的企业价值评估理论也开始逐步发展起来,并发展了一系列研究。价值评估理论已经形成了一套与市场经济相适应的完整体系,但在相关的方法上仍存在不足,本文主要分析现金流量折现法在企业价值评估中的应用现状,分析其存在的问题并提出相应的解决对策。
