河南省自20世纪90年代以来,已建成开洛、安新、郑许、许漯高速公路。目前正在建设的有洛三、三灵、商开、焦温、漯周、漯驻、洛伊7条高速公路,近期还有驻信、周界、焦晋(河南境内)、郑少、鹤濮、许平南、郑新7条高速公路相继开工。为开发大西北和南北高速公路大动脉的贯通,将起着非常重要的作用。 由于河南省的特殊地理位置,致使高速公路的路堤比国内一些平原区高速公路的平均填土高度要高。高的路堤,必然带来建设资金增加、建设周期加长、技术难度加大、病害增多。建设初期,由于对某些问题重视不够,导致一些高填土路基的早期病害发生。 一.高填土路基病害形成原
