钢筋混凝土冷却塔的风筒属于薄壁结构,在施工过程中需经历混凝土强度及弹性模量逐步增长的过程,因此需对施工过程中风载、自重及施工载荷共同作用下的冷却塔稳定性进行研究,以控制施工进度,保证施工期冷却塔的安全。本文利用混凝土龄期与强度关系研究成果,结合冷却塔风筒的常规施工工艺,对某实例钢筋混凝土冷却塔风筒在施工期的整体稳定性进行了计算,结果表明:该冷却塔能满足施工期稳定性要求,并可为类似工程的施工设计提供参考。
