话题一:“校长的使命”学校中的“人”是学生、教师、家长。学校教育要兼顾统整三位于一体,让校园中的所有人都能够在精神上找到一种生长感、成就感和归属感,成为贝小教育所追求的内涵所在。只有关注到“人”发展的完整需求并提供一个完整的生态,才能真正让校园里每一个人拥有触及心灵的幸福感。带着对学校中“人”的思考与理解,我将贝小的办学理念确定为——“人在学校正中央”。即学校一切教育教学都要基于“学生、教师、家长”的共同价值需求,都要统整兼顾人的“身心·情感、智识·德行”等同步发展的完
Topic 1: “Principal’s mission” “Students” in school are students, teachers and parents. School education should take into account the integration of three in one, so that everyone in the campus can spiritually find a sense of growth, sense of accomplishment and sense of belonging, Pui primary education as the pursuit of connotation. Only by focusing on the complete needs of the “people” and providing a complete ecology can everyone in the community truly have the peace of mind in mind. With the thinking and understanding of “people ” in the school, I will define the concept of running a school as “people in the school is the center ”. That is to say, all education and teaching in schools should be based on the common needs of students, teachers and parents, and must be reconciled with the simultaneous development of both body and mind, emotion, knowledge and virtue.
