为了提高品种推广的效率和精确性,减轻品种推广人员的工作负担,研究提出了一种品种和县域环境的简单适宜性匹配规则,结合移动GIS技术,开发了基于移动GIS的品种县域精确推广支持系统。该系统运行在操作系统是Windows Mobile 5.0及以上的智能手机上,以品种适宜性匹配模块为核心,同时包括了品种信息、环境信息和病害信息等一系列辅助模块。进行了多个手机平台的测试及种子公司品种推广人员的试用,结果表明,该系统稳定、简单实用,符合品种推广人员走村串户,深入田间地头的工作特点,能够有效地帮助品种推广人员因地制宜地推广品种,同时也能满足种子公司及时搜集市场和环境等数据的需要,具有较大的实用价值。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of variety promotion and reduce the workload of variety extension staff, this paper proposed a simple suitability matching rule for breed and county environment, and combined with mobile GIS technology, developed a variety of county- system. The system runs on a smart phone with Windows Mobile 5.0 and above operating system and is based on a Variety Matching Module.
